Pictures taken in front of the Cologne’s Dom, on Sunday, 27 February 2022, a rally to show support to Ukraine and to condemn Russia’s brutal invasion.
The traditional ‘Rosenmontag‘ celebrated in Cologne annually was replaced by a Peace March, or ‘Friedensdemonstration‘, which gathered around 250,000 people, according to the police figures. Many people hold placards and signs against the war in Ukraine, showing their support from Chlodwigplatz until the Cologne Cathedral. Here are some of the pictures of the whole route:
